TERMS OF SERVICE

  • All published and created content is the property of SpecialVideos Shop.

  • Reselling or publishing special-videos.com content (partial or full) without permission is prohibited.

  • All performers appearing on this website were at least 18 years old at the time of production.
    We maintain internal age-verification records in accordance with EU standards.

  • The “Shop” category contains ready-to-download videos. You will receive a unique access link after purchase (see “SHOP CATEGORY”).

  • You can submit a request for a Special Video based on your own scenario, or apply for a Crowdfunding Special project (see “CROWDFUNDING “)

  • All digital files are delivered in 4K, 6K, or 8K .mp4 or .mov formats, rendered with H.264 or H.265 codecs. Conversion to other resolutions or codecs is available upon request.

BONUS VIDEOS

  • For every $25 order placed through the Special-Videos.com cart, you receive 1 free bonus video from the Bonus Videos category.

  • The offer is valid for each single order of $25 or more.

  • The offer does not apply to Custom Videos and separate orders made at different times (for example, $10 and $15 orders paid separately are not eligible for the bonus video offer).

IMPORTANT:

  • We don’t collect your personal data — only your email is required for communication and order processing.
  • All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store any credit card details or sensitive information.

SHOP CATEGORY / pre-made videos

  • The “Shop” category contains pre-made, ready-to-download videos. You will receive the access link to video located on our server after purchase.

  • IMPORTANT: All links are generated manually, so delivery time may vary. Usually, links are sent within 12–24 hours after the order confirmation.

  • After receiving the links, we recommend saving the video files locally on your device.

  • We will make every effort to keep your download links active for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, but we cannot guarantee this in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of playback issues on your device (codec incompability, playback struggles etc.), we’ll provide you a re-encoded version in suitable resolution.

  • Optionally, we can upload videos to YouTube service and share a personal (non-public) link

SPECIAL VIDEOS / custom videos

  • A “Special Video” is a custom-made footage (digital content) created upon request. 

  • Optionally, your idea may be published as a Crowdfunding Special Project.

  • The standard duration of a Special Video is 30-40 minutes of ready footage, edited from 1-hour filming session. Video lenght may be extended to any length if needed.

  • Usually, creating a Special Video consists of three parts:

    1. Pre-production — preparing the list of models, discussing details and script.

    2. Shopping & rentals — purchasing required props, food, etc., and booking the location.

    3. Production — filming and editing.

  • Each part may be paid for separately.

  • To begin the Pre-production process, an initial deposit (usually 5–10% of the total production cost) may be required.

  • After the deposit is made, your project workspace will be created in a dedicated Docs file and shared for your further edits.

  • The deposit amount is refundable if the requested work (such as model search, supply preparation, etc.) has not been completed on our side within one week after the deposit payment

  • The deposit amount is non-refundable if the following stages are not paid for by the customer after completing the 1st part 

  • The standard production time after full project pre-payment is 7–14 days, depending on the complexity.

PREORDER / CROWDFUNDING SPECIALS

  • PREORDER is a dedicated category for collaborative creation with our community.

  • Each project submission is discussed individually. You can submit your idea by filling “SUBMIT” form on the PREORDER page

  • Prepayment for publishing the project is non-refundable and made at the full discretion of the customer.

  • By preordering the upcoming video, you will get exclusive extras: Unique Сamera Angles and Behind-the-Scenes content

  • You can cancel your preorder anytime and use the pledged amount to get any video(s) from our store

  • To speed things up, you can pledge any custom amount — just to help the project happen!

  • And if the full goal isn’t reached, don’t worry! We can create a personal video for you using your pledged amount, or cover the rest depending on the project’s progress

  • Discussions of each Crowdfunding Project with all pledgers usually take place in a dedicated Telegram group.

ORDER PROCESSING, PAYMENTS & VAT

  • You can submit your order in any convenient way: through the website’s cart or by contacting us via email.

  • IMPORTANT: To provide you with the widest possible range of payment options, we clarify them personally via email. Some payment methods may require additional confirmation.

  • After receiving your application, we will contact you via email with a custom invoice.

  • We accept all major payment methods: PayPal, Visa & Mastercard, Crypto, and Wire Transfer.

  • Some payment options may not be available in your region, we can provide you an alternative. A well-known platforms may be used for payments, such as C4S, Etsy.com and Fiverr

  • If you did not receive the invoice mail, please check your “Social” or “Spam” folders, or contact us directly at: info@special-videos.com

  • VAT is already included in the total amount of your invoice.

ACCESS LINKS & SERVER FAQ

  • Our Video Server allows to watch video files online and download them to your device.

  • Access to the online server is available 24/7, except maintenance hours. If you see a “Page Not Found” error for more than a day, please contact us right away!

  • Important: Usually, access links (paths to purchased videos) stay active for 12 months from the date of purchase, but in case of unforeseen circumstances, support within this period of time may not be guaranteed. If you want to have access to the files in the future, we advise downloading purchased videos as soon as possible and storing them locally on your device.

  • For the best experience, use Chrome or Opera for video playback
    You can also slow down 60fps and 120fps videos using the player controls in the bottom-right corner

VIDEO CODECS & LOCAL PLAYBACK

  • Most Special Videos  created after 2020 encoded in 4K & high efficiency H265 codec to preserve high quality and reasonable file size. 

  • Sometimes, a dedicated codec pack may be required for H.265 playback.

  • Having trouble with 4K files on your device? No worries – Full HD versions of the videos can be prepared upon request

  •  Watching 360° videos?
    We recommend using VLC Media Player for smooth playback. The videos should play correctly on most modern devices (laptops and desktop computers) with a relatively recent CPU and integrated graphics.

REFUND POLICIES

For purchased videos from the SHOP category on special-videos.com, we generally do not provide refunds, except in the following cases:

  • The download link is broken and cannot be restored within 48 hours after payment.

  • Download link was not provided during 48 hours after purchase. IMPORTANT: sometimes our emails may went into Social or Spam folders, please check them after payment.

  • There are critical quality issues, such as missing audio, a corrupted video file, or image artifacts affecting at least one-third of the video.

For custom-made Special Videos:

  • A partial refund is possible during the video preparation stage, after deducting the costs of supplies and any additional expenses (such as preparation time, shopping, etc.).

  • A full refund is possible if the video has not been created within one month after the scheduled filming date.

  • Refunds requested less than 24 hours before production are not possible.

  • A full refund will be issued in case of serious quality imperfections (e.g. no audio in a tickling video, broken video file, or major image artifacts).

  • In the event of data corruption, we can offer a free remake of the video within two weeks.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from special-videos.com and special-production.com.
